Surv. Martin Amoako Asiedu (FGhIS)

Martin is a Valuation & Estate Surveyor and Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Economy from KNUST and an Executive MBA (Project Management) from University of Ghana Business School, Legon.

Martin has over 25 years of experience in the property sector, providing services in Property Valuation, Facilities Management, Project Management, Real Estate Agency, Land Administration and Property Investment Appraisal.

Martin presently serves as a Director at TF Properties Limited (a subsidiary of the Teachers Fund) providing advice and direction in the company’s real estate business.

He is currently the Honorary Secretary of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and also a member of the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Valuation & Estate Surveying (VES) Divisional Committee and Chairman of the VES Board of Examiners.

Surv Michael Kwadwo Frimpong (FGhIS, MRICS)

Michael has for over 27 years been a practicing Quantity Surveyor. He has vast experience as a Consulting Quantity Surveyor and a Contractor’s Quantity Surveyor working on various Projects.  He is Director at MOKOF Consulting – a Construction Consultancy, Project Management and Quantity Surveying Firm.

He has served on a number of committees of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the Quantity Surveying Division, representing both on different international professional bodies and groups.  Currently he holds the position of Honorary Treasurer and is a member of the Governing Council Executive Committee.

Maame Ama Edumadze-Acquah (FGhIS)

Maame Ama Edumadze-Acquah is Deputy Chief Stool Lands Officer of the Office of Administrator of Stool Lands in charge of projects. She holds a BSc in Land Economy and an EMBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

She is currently the chairperson for the Valuation and Estate Surveying (VES) Division of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and serves on different committees of the Governing Council.

Maame Ama has expertise in Property Management and Title Registration.

Surv. Edwin Addo – Tawiah (FGhIS)

Surveyor Edwin Addo – Tawia is a Land Surveyor and Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He has previously served as Senior Vice President of the Institution and Honorary Secretary and Chairman of the Land Surveying Division.

He holds the position of Chief Geomatic Engineer (Deputy Director, Survey and Mapping Division of the Lands Commission in Ghana, in Charge of Research and Development. Prior to that, he was Regional Director of Surveys and Head of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Geo-information.

He has presented papers at conferences locally and abroad and been an external examiner for School of Engineering at KNUST.
