accounting purchase or sale. rental. compensation and for such other
purposes as may be requested and/or necessary; |
| b. | Managing and developing estates and other business concerned with the management of landed property. |
| c. | Surveying
the structure and condition of buildings and their services and
advising on their services and advising on their maintenance.
alteration and improvement; |
| d. | Measuring
and delineating the physical features of the earth for purposes of
mapping. cadastral and engineering surveying. aero-spatial information
management and resource and environmental surveys; |
| e. | Precise positioning. charting. and data gathering in marine or any water body environment. |
| f. | Managing. developing. and surveying mineral property; |
| g. | Determining
the economic use of the construction industry and the financial
appraisal. management and the measurement of construction work; |
| h. | Selling
(whether by auction or otherwise) buying or letting. as an agent.

| To maintain and promote the usefulness of the profession for the public advantage. |

further the National and International recognition and understanding of
the profession and it’s various disciplines; |

| To formulate and maintain a Code of Professional Ethics; |

| To publish a journal. magazines. periodicals. and tracts dealing with the profession. |

| To organize workshops. seminars. symposia for members and/or the general public; |

| To provide continuing professional education for its members; |

To maintain a library of books and periodicals relating to surveying
and to encourage the publication of such books and periodicals; |
